This article details the six ways employers can evaluate job candidates’ strategic thinking skills. The article describes the six ways which include providing an actual problem to solve in the job interview, asking the job candidate to review a flawed strategic plan and have them point out the problems with it, as well as including questions in the interview to specifically gauge their ability to think strategically. |
