| Description: | The article deals with reduction of back pain when applying the core stability training programme. The research aim was find out the impact of the core stability training programme on the reduction of core pains. The research methods were: questionnaire survey, experiment, testing, statistical analysis of research results. 18 women working at Šiauliai Universitety took part in the research; their average age (X) was 42.9 years, the standard deviation (SD) was 0.46. The experimental group (EG) encompassed women complaining about the back pain, and the control group (CG) consisted of those not experiencing back pain as an indicator of external factors that may impact appearance of back pai. CG - X = 43.5; SD - 0.50; EG - X = 42.3 years, SD - 0.44. The subjects for the research were selected by the way of non-random target group formation. [.] |
