Description: | Metodom protočne citometrije zabilježena je povećana distribucija subpopulacija δ1-δ2- γδ T-limfocita u sinonazalnoj sluznici bolesnika s eKRSsNP. Također, metodom RT-qPCR zabilježen je povećan genski izražaj CCR3 i IL-13 u sinonazalnoj sluznici bolesnika s eKRSsNP u odnosu na sinonazalnu sluznicu kontrolnih ispitanika. U ovom istraživanju dokazana je važna uloga γδ T-limfocita u nastanku eKRSsNP, kao i snažna veza između opisanih stanica i IL-13 – važnog citokina upale tipa 2. ; An increased distribution of δ1-δ2- subpopulations γδ T-lymphocytes in the sinonasal mucosa of patients with eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis (eCRSwNP) was detected using the flow cytometry method. Also, using the RT-qPCR method, increased gene expression of CCR3 and IL-13 was recorded in the sinonasal mucosa of eCRSwNP patients compared to sinonasal mucosa of controls. In this research, we proved the importance of γδ T-lymphocytes in the development of eCRSwNP, as well as the strong connection between the described cells and the IL-13 – important cytokine of type 2 inflammation. |
