Abstract: |
This article presents research on the use of near field communication in textiles for object location. The authors present TextileSense, a near-field sensing system for textiles that can sense nearby conductive objects. The article discusses the concepts of multiple-in, multiple-out (MIMO) beamforming with a detailed creation process for TextileSense as well as its applications and limitations. |
