The adversarial principle provides a guarantee in by which no one can suffer the effects of a judgment, without having had the right to participate in the Constitutional process. This principle also extends to the process and affects the assessment and identification of the parties proceedings which may take part in the proceedings before the Court Constitutional. The inclusion of the contradictory principle in the Constitutional Charter increased the cases in which the Court has approved the participation of third parties in the constitutional process, in order to protect the right to defense of the subject that could suffer, by the decision of the Court, a direct and immediate effect. Recently, then, the amendments to the Supplementary Rules adopted by the Constitutional Court with the resolution of 8 January 2020, significantly induce an update of the judgment of constitutional legitimacy incidental,
